I'm Gail Johnson Morris, genius creator of LeaderLink Inc. Having spent a career in executive leadership and the last four years studying all types of leadership, I now understand that leadership is the spark of genius within each of us. I call myself a leadership alchemist.

In my experience as a corporate leader I worked with recognising and empowering others to spark the genius in themselves. I had the privilege of working in a leaderful environment. I understand the magic and the alchemy of creating that kind of environment in a business setting. Additionally, I have studied leadership as a discipline at the post grad level in my MBA and at the doctoral level. Therefore, the emergent cutting edge work in the leadership space is brought to genius leadership. Wherever I'm engaged, I enter it from a place that there's the spark of genius leader in everyone in the room, that the brilliance to solve any challenges exists in the room, and that by galvanizing that brilliance, energy, and genius, formerly insurmountable challenges can be transformed.
