Executive Leadership Coaching
Executive coaching with a focus on genius leadership and helping them ignite that in others.
We meet people where they are and help them get in touch with their genius leadership spark. Whatever is going on, we get them in touch with their own power and their place of personal integrity. It's not so much what's going on around you, but what's going on inside you. From there, we bring that into your team, your organisation, your community. Once you're in touch with your genius leadership, then you are in your power and integrity and you can tackle whatever the story is from a place of being in charge of your experiences and in control of what happens with it.
Executive coaching is highly customized, done in a series of one to one sessions. People end up better than they were. They end up feeling they're back in that place of power and strength and ready to conquer the world. They move out of that quiet despair, wondering if they're in the right job, and falling back in love with what they do, bringing the best of themselves into that game.
We meet people where they are and help them get in touch with their genius leadership spark. Whatever is going on, we get them in touch with their own power and their place of personal integrity. Genius Team Building Sessions
Genius team building sessions to unleash extraordinary teams
Sometimes you have a team with serious work to do and spend more time dissing one another. We reconnect them to their values and how those values are aligned. We help them understand and honour the other people in the room, how rich and diverse that tapestry is and how that benefits them as a collective. We show them how to listen to one another and foster team relationships on an extraordinary level. They remember how to work together again so they can have fun and create in genius fashion. This is where extraordinary results come from. it's from a team that has the alchemy that is magical. They're self directed, they know what they need to do and they execute that brilliantly. They share the leadership amongst them.
Every team is different. We provide a framework for this process, but we customize it to each team, depening on whether that's a team, a board, a community group, administrators, etc. For the most part, we'll have an assessment discussion with the prime contact and then cagree upon the framework for the facilitation ... single event or a series. We decide together the outcomes, what success looks like. We then work with the team to create a team covenant and begin the process of genius team building through at least one facilitated workshop session.

There's usually a spark point that causes the organisation to look outside what it's been doing and that requires a strategic / operatioal / developmental plan. A strategic plan looks at where the organisation is today and where it wants to go and how to get there. For the most part strategic plans are about vision and how to achieve that through strategic initiatives to achieve the outcomes you're looking for.
Strategic sessions are quite often multiple sessions with a sub set of the larger team, followed by interviewing stakeholders and aligning mission / vision in prep for the actual planning session. The planning session presents all this in ways that can more easily facilitate the decision process with the executive team and/or board that day.

We facilitate community bulding / outreach sessions by creating an interacitve experience of receiving feedback from the community, so that the community is engaged at appropriate levels. We recognise diversity of styles and offer highly engaged, fully interactive group work to take them into the desired outcomes. In the past we've run these sessions effectively with social and legal justice organizations.
